This is what I look like as of August 2013.

I still need to lose another 10 pounds, but it’s much better than the before picture.

My “Before” Picture

Here is what I looked like in March of 2007.  This isn’t my heaviest weight, however.  I probably gained another 10 pounds after this picture was taken before I started eating low carb in April of 2009.

I lost 25 pounds in six months, and have kept it off ever since.
